I. Our additional discounts are available only to our partners in the trade, interior designers and decorators.
II. Fabric Alley will not contact or deal directly with your client or customer. Accordingly, all purchase orders, invoices and payments will be between Fabric Alley and the account holder.
III. Due to various state statutes, situations will arise where a vendor must charge sales tax unless they are provided with a valid state resale certificate. If you have a reseller number then we can inform the vendor; otherwise we must comply with applicable state laws and pass the sales tax charge to you.
IV. Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) are not part of the quoted unit price - these are itemized separately. It is not Fabric Alley's policy to subsidize lower goods pricing with inflated shipping/handling costs. Thus we make every effort, particularly with drop shipments, to charge you what we pay.
