Prices – All prices on our web site are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax – All orders shipped outside the state of North Carolina will not be charged sales tax unless mandated by individual state law. North Carolina orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.

Payment – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. All charges when ordering online will go though PayPal. If ordering by phone we only take Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card receipt will reflect our parent company, Covered In Style, Inc., as the charging company.
Order Changes: Once the cut-order has been cut and the order processed it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Backorders – You will be notified within three days if all or part of your order is backordered and will be given an estimated shipping date. Upon backorder notification you will be given the option to cancel the backordered order otherwise upon your acceptance it will become a firm non cancelable order and will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. If a backordered item cannot be filled you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.

Damaged Shipments: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a damaged package is delivered please contact us immediately. If a package is damaged or lost in transit we will replace it but will not cancel the order.

Returns: FabricAlley.com only sells 100% first quality designer, decorator fabrics. Each order has been inspected for flaws and the exact yardage is cut for each individual order. So we will not accept returns. Cutting for approval is available on all fabrics so you can be sure the fabric meets your needs.

Limitations:  This website is protected by the copyright law of the United States, Title 17 of the United States Code. You may not reproduce duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any portion of this website without express written permission.

Force Majeure – FabricAlley.com will not be liable for any delay in delivering merchandise if delays are caused by lockout or other labor or transportation disputes, acts of god, production point outages, delays in import or customs clearance, or other causes beyond our control.
